Who We Can Help

The vast majority of Probate applications are straightforward

The deceased left a valid will and you are an executor, or if there is no will, you are are the spouse/a child of/a sibling of the deceased.

Nothing in the will is likely to be contested.

If the answer to the above is Yes and Yes, your probate grant is likely to be very straightforward.  If you phone or send us a message we can confirm that quite quickly.

There are a small proportion of Probate cases that are quite complex. In these instances, it can be beneficial to seek legal advice. If we believe your case may potentially not be straightforward, we'll give you our personal opinion as to what your best course of action might be.  And of course there is no charge for that. We are not lawyers and we do not give legal advice.  We have no affiliations with any solicitors or law firms and as such we won't endorse or recommend any specific legal practitioner or firm.

But we can't stress this enough - the vast majority of Probate applications are straightforward, and utilising a solicitor or legal firm to prepare those applications is simply not necessary.

If you call or email us for a chat we can let you know very quickly if your case is straightforward or otherwise.
