Where there is a valid will and nothing in the will is likely to be contested, applying for a grant of probate is essentially an administrative task.   We aren't solicitors, but we are probate experts.  We know precisely what forms and other documents need to be lodged with the Court, and how the overall probate process works.

Solicitors and Law Firms will generally charge you anywhere between $3,000 and $12,000 to prepare and lodge the paperwork for your application.  Their fee is usually based on the value of the estate. If your circumstances are straightforward, you just don't need to pay that much.  At Making Probate Easy our fee is $800, regardless of the value of the estate.  And we guarantee your application will be approved by the Court.
